Surface Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly to remove all dirt, grease, loose rust, and old flaking paint. For best results, sand glossy surfaces and wipe clean with a rag before painting. Heavily rusted surfaces may require a separate rust primer.
Environment: Apply in a well-ventilated area between 10°C - 32°C (50°F - 90°F) and low humidity. Cover surrounding areas to protect from overspray.
Spray Preparation: Shake the can vigorously for 1-2 minutes after the mixing ball begins to rattle. Test spray on a piece of cardboard to check the spray pattern and color.
Application: Hold the can 15-25cm (6-10 inches) from the surface. Apply multiple thin coats, moving the can steadily back and forth. Overlap each stroke for even coverage. Wait 10-15 minutes between coats.
After Use: Clean the valve by turning the can upside down and spraying for 2-3 seconds to clear the nozzle. This prevents clogging for future use.
Curing: Allow 24 hours for full cure before placing heavy use or exposure to the elements.
