At Acctes, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy makes it easy to send items back. This policy outlines everything you need to know about returning products purchased from our online store.

1. Return Eligibility

Most products purchased from Acctes can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and protective materials intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or invoice must accompany all return requests.

  • Within Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

2. Return Categories

Our return handling depends on the reason for your return:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Products that arrive damaged, defective, or malfunctioning. Acctes covers all return shipping costs and provides a prepaid return label.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a wrong product (incorrect model, color, size, or variant), we will arrange a free return and send the correct item promptly.

  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or no longer need the item, you may return it at your own shipping cost, provided the item meets our return condition requirements.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items manufactured to your specifications.

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page.

  • Items that have been installed, mounted, drilled, painted, or otherwise permanently altered.

  • Consumable products that have been opened or partially used (adhesives, lubricants, cleaning solutions).

  • Software, digital downloads, and electronically delivered products.

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email support@acctes.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the product. Write the RMA number visibly on the outside of the box.

  4. Ship It Back: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location or arrange a pickup. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.

  5. Receive Confirmation: Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, we will send a confirmation email and begin the inspection process.

5. Return Inspection

All returned items undergo a thorough inspection within 3–5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. We check for:

  • Physical condition and signs of use or installation.

  • Completeness—all parts, accessories, and packaging materials must be present.

  • Match between the returned item and the original order.

  • Validity of the stated return reason.

If a returned item fails inspection (e.g., shows clear signs of use, missing parts, or damage not present at delivery), we reserve the right to deny the return, issue a partial refund, or apply a restocking fee of up to 15%.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping cost responsibility depends on the reason:

  • Acctes Covers Shipping: For defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Customer Covers Shipping: For change-of-mind returns. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

7. International Returns

For international orders, the return process is the same; however, please note:

  • Customs duties and taxes paid at the time of import are generally non-refundable by Acctes. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office.

  • Return shipments must be declared as "Returned Goods" on customs forms to avoid additional duties.

  • International return transit times vary by destination and carrier. Please allow extra time for your return to reach our warehouse.

  • If a prepaid return label cannot be generated for your country, we will provide alternative return arrangements.

8. Exchanges

At this time, Acctes does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, color, or variant, please follow the standard return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Your refund for the returned item will be processed according to our refund policy.
