Track Your Package

Once your order is shipped, you can track its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. Tracking is available for all shipping methods offered by Acctes.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check Your Email: After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  2. Log In to Your Account: Visit your Account Dashboard and navigate to your order history to view tracking details for all active and past orders.
  3. Use the Carrier's Website: Enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) for the most up-to-date status.

Understanding Tracking Status

  • Shipment Information Received: Your shipping label has been created and the package is being prepared for pickup.
  • In Transit: Your package is on the move between our warehouse, sorting facilities, and your local delivery hub.
  • Customs Clearance: International shipments pass through customs—this may take 1–5 business days depending on the destination country.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is on the final delivery vehicle and will arrive soon.
  • Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered.

Tracking Issues

It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number still shows no updates after this period, or if your package appears stuck at a status for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team at support@acctes.com with your order number, and we will investigate promptly.
