Products Warranty

At Acctes, we are committed to providing high-quality Tesla accessories that meet and exceed your expectations. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, terms, and procedures for warranty claims on products purchased through our platform.

1. Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Acctes are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product page. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Functional Failures: Products that fail to perform as described due to inherent defects.

  • Fitment Issues: Products that do not fit your specified Tesla model as advertised, provided installation was performed correctly.

2. What Is Not Covered

The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, and gradual deterioration from regular use.

  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms not affiliated with Acctes.

  • Consumable items such as adhesives, cleaning cloths, and installation tools once opened or used.

  • Cosmetic imperfections reported more than 48 hours after delivery.

3. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery. For select premium products, an extended warranty period may apply—please refer to the individual product page for details. Electronic components and electrical accessories may carry a 6-month warranty due to the nature of their components.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Email us at support@acctes.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the defect or issue.

  3. Receive Assessment: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and determine eligibility.

  4. Resolution: Approved claims will be resolved via replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

5. Remedies

Upon approval of your warranty claim, Acctes will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement: A brand-new replacement of the same product, shipped at no cost to you.

  • Repair: For products that can be repaired, we will cover the repair cost and return shipping.

  • Partial or Full Refund: If a replacement or repair is not feasible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
