At Acctes, we ship Tesla accessories to customers in over 150 countries and regions worldwide. This guide covers everything you need to know about our shipping process, from order processing to doorstep delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with globally trusted logistics providers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently:
- DHL Express: 3–7 business days worldwide. Real-time tracking and signature confirmation.
- FedEx: 5–10 business days. Reliable service with door-to-door tracking.
- UPS: 5–10 business days. Global coverage with detailed tracking updates.
- EMS / ePacket: 7–20 business days. Cost-effective option for smaller packages.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use reinforced corrugated boxes, protective foam padding, bubble wrap, and moisture-resistant materials as needed. Fragile or high-value items receive extra protective layers and are clearly marked for careful handling.
