Refund Policy

At Acctes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to make the refund process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered (wrong model, color, or variant).

  • Missing Items: If any item in your order is missing from the delivered package.

  • Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the product, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 2.

2. Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any request submitted after this period will not be accepted. For change-of-mind returns, the product must be:

  • Unused and Uninstalled: The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of installation, wear, or handling damage.

  • Complete Packaging: All original accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging materials must be included.

  • Resealable Condition: Products sealed in plastic or protective film must not have been opened.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized products ordered specifically for you.

  • Clearance and final sale items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

  • Products that have been installed, modified, painted, or altered in any way.

  • Gift cards, promotional vouchers, and digital download products.

  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Request Authorization: Contact our support team at support@acctes.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Receive RMA Number: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the product and ship it to the address provided. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days to verify its condition.

  5. Refund Issued: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.

5. Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), you will receive a full refund of the product price plus any original shipping charges paid.

  • Product Price Only: For change-of-mind returns, only the product price is refunded. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Partial Refund: If a returned item shows signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging not due to our error, a partial refund or restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied.

6. Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

  • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval and available for future purchases.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again—processing times vary between financial institutions.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer; pending refunds may still be in processing on their end.

  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@acctes.com and we will investigate promptly.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at no charge if it has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, our standard return policy applies. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
