Surface Preparation: Ensure the work surface is completely clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, rust, and old flaking paint. Lightly sand glossy surfaces for improved adhesion.
Work Environment: Work only in a well-ventilated area. Cover surrounding areas to protect from overspray. Maintain temperatures between 15-30°C (59-86°F) for best results.
Can Preparation: Shake the can vigorously for 2-3 minutes before use to thoroughly mix the contents.
Application: Hold the can 15-25cm (6-10 inches) from the surface. Apply multiple thin, even coats rather than one thick coat. Use long, sweeping strokes for consistent coverage. Allow 15-30 minutes drying time between coats.
Drying Time: Allow 24 hours for full curing before handling or putting the surface into use. Drying time may vary based on temperature and humidity.
After Use: Clean the nozzle by turning the can upside down and spraying for 2-3 seconds to clear any remaining paint from the valve.
