Thoroughly clean the mirror housing surface with a mild cleaner to remove all dust, oil, and debris. Dry completely with a clean soft cloth.
Gently peel the protective sticker from its backing film. Avoid touching the adhesive side to prevent fingerprints and reduced adhesion.
Align the sticker with the edge of your rearview mirror. Slowly apply from one side to the other to avoid trapping air bubbles.
If air bubbles appear, use a flat plastic squeegee or credit card to gently smooth the sticker outward from the center to release bubbles.
Press firmly along the entire sticker to ensure full adhesion, especially along edges. Let the adhesive cure for 24 hours before exposure to water or car washes for best results.
Clean with a soft cloth and mild neutral car detergent. Avoid acidic or alkaline harsh cleaners that can damage the surface resin layer
Minor surface scratches can be removed with gentle professional polishing to restore original gloss
Inspect adhesion periodically, especially after extreme weather or minor impacts
If deep damage occurs, simply remove the old sticker and replace with a new one for a like-new finish
